- If setup is blocked, sync your commute settings from iPhone to Apple Watch.
- If train times look stale, check your network connection and reopen the app to refresh predictions.
- If alerts are missing, confirm notifications are enabled for NextMetro in your device settings.
- If your station or direction is not available yet, include the station name and route in your support email.
