  • If setup is blocked, add a WMATA API key on iPhone and sync settings to Apple Watch.
  • If train times look stale, check your network connection and reopen the app to refresh predictions.
  • If alerts are missing, confirm notifications are enabled for NextMetro in your device settings.
  • If a station or line is unavailable, include the station name and route in your support email.
